2. General Provisions

2.1. This Privacy Policy determines the procedure for processing and protecting the personal data of Users that may be obtained when using the "Ask a Question" and "Order a Service" feedback forms on the Operator's Website.

2.2. The Operator respects the rights of Users and strictly complies with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation on personal data.

6.1. The provided personal data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• 6.1.1. Processing of incoming questions, requests, and orders sent through the "Ask a Question" and "Order a Service" feedback forms on the Operator's Website;
• 6.1.2. Communicating with the User to provide an answer or consultation on services via the Operator's Email;
• 6.1.3. Protecting the "Ask a Question" and "Order a Service" feedback forms (using Technical data) on the Operator's Website from spam and automated actions using the Google reCAPTCHA service;
• 6.1.4. For conducting web analytics (using Technical data) using the Yandex.Metrica service;
• 6.1.5. Issuing electronic invoices for payment of services and making settlements using the YooKassa payment service;
• 6.1.6. Registering the income received by the Operator with the FTS of Russia and generating official receipts within the framework of applying the special tax regime "Professional Income Tax".

7. Security and Storage of Personal Data

7.1. The Operator does not store the personal data of users in the database on the server of the Operator's Website. All data entered into the "Ask a Question" and "Order a Service" feedback forms is transmitted in an encrypted form directly to the secure Operator's Email.

7.2. Access to the Operator's Email is restricted exclusively to the Operator. Data is not transferred to third parties, except in cases explicitly provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation. To conduct web analytics (Yandex.Metrica), LLC "YANDEX" (PSRN 1027700229193) is engaged. 7.3. Information on the location of the database (Data Center)
The Operator does not have its own Data Center. The recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), and extraction of the User's personal data transmitted via email are carried out using the databases and computing facilities (Data Center — DC) of the Google LLC mail service. 7.4. 7.5. In accordance with Article 19 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data", the Operator takes necessary technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, and distribution:

• — the transmission of personal data from the "Ask a Question" and "Order a Service" feedback forms of the Operator's website is carried out in encrypted form over the secure HTTPS transport protocol using cryptographic encryption (TLS/SSL). The use of these cryptographic tools protects network traffic from compromise, prevents unauthorized access to confidential information at the time it is sent from the User's device to the Operator's server, and minimizes the risks associated with data interception;

8. User Rights
