1.6. Electronic Interaction — correspondence, as well as the exchange of documents between the Operator and the User using their Email addresses.

2. Procedure for Expressing Consent and Acceptance

2.1. • 3.1.4. The text of the question being asked or request details (content of the appeal);
• 3.1.5. Technical data: IP address, type and version of the operating system, type and version of the browser, device parameters (screen resolution, language settings), geographical location, provider information;
• 3.1.6. Website usage and user behavior data: cookies, session parameters, browsing history, on-page behavior patterns (mouse movements, clicks, scrolling, typing speed), page views, and information about the time spent on the site.

4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

4.1. Personal data is provided exclusively for the following purposes:

• 4.1.1. Preparation, conclusion, and execution of a civil law contract (Offer Agreement for the Provision of Paid Services) in connection with a service order request;
• 4.1.2. Considering appeals, preparing a response to a given question, carrying out Electronic Interaction with the Operator, conducting web analytics (using the Yandex.Metrica service), as well as protecting the "Ask a Question" and "Order a Service" feedback forms on the Operator's Website from spam and automated actions (using the Google reCAPTCHA service), as well as issuing electronic invoices through the YooKassa payment service and registering the received income with the formation of receipts in the Federal Tax Service of Russia.

5. Actions with Personal Data

5.1. I am informed that the Operator does not store data obtained through the "Ask a Question" and "Order a Service" feedback forms in databases on the server of the Operator's Website. Data transmission is carried out in an encrypted form via a secure TLS/SSL protocol directly to the Operator's Email.

5.2. To conduct web analytics, the Operator entrusts data processing to a third party — LLC "YANDEX" (PSRN 1027700229193, location: 119021, Moscow, Leo Tolstoy St., 16) using the Yandex.Metrica service.

5.3. To ensure the functioning of the Operator's Email and the protection of the "Ask a Question" and "Order a Service" feedback forms on the Operator's Website from spam and automated requests, the Operator entrusts data processing to a third party — Google LLC (location: 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) using the Gmail and Google reCAPTCHA services.

5.4. To issue electronic invoices and make payments for services, the Operator entrusts the processing of personal data (Email and/or phone number) to a third party — LLC "YooMoney" (PSRN 1027739553834, location: 115035, Moscow, Sadovnicheskaya St., 82, bldg. 2) using the YooKassa payment service.

5.5. To fulfill the obligations provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation on taxes and fees (Federal Law No. 422-FZ), the Operator transmits personal data (including TIN and company name for legal entities, transaction amount) to the state information system — the Federal Tax Service (FTS of Russia) (location: 127381, Moscow, Neglinnaya St., 23) to register income and generate receipts.

5.6. Information on the location of the database (Data Center)
The Operator does not have its own Data Center.
I am informed that the recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), and extraction of personal data received via email are carried out using the databases of the Data Center of Google LLC (Gmail mail service). 5.7. I am informed that in accordance with Article 18.1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data", the Operator takes necessary legal and organizational data protection measures: limiting and differentiating access to information, as well as excluding the storage of personal data on the web server of the Operator's Website.

5.8. I am informed that in accordance with Article 19 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data", the Operator applies technical personal data protection measures: traffic encryption (HTTPS, TLS/SSL protocols) when sending data from web forms to the Operator's email, protection of the Operator's mail account with two-factor authentication (2FA), antivirus protection of the Operator's work devices, and protection of the Operator's Website web forms against automated data collection and spam attacks.

6. Term and Withdrawal of Consent

This consent is valid from the moment of its provision until the purposes of processing are achieved or until the consent is withdrawn. I am notified that I can withdraw my consent at any time by sending a written application to the Operator's Email.
